Generally, it’s best to remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or working out. Remember, shells are natural treasures, and opals, turquoise, and pearls are softer gems, but with a little care, they can last for years to come.
-14k Gold Fill: 14k gold-filled jewelry has a, physical layer of 14k gold bonded over a base metal, making it far more durable than gold plating. With proper care, it can last a lifetime. Gold fill requires little maintenance. Simply wipe with a soft cloth to remove makeup, oils, or dirt. After exposure to salt water, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and wipe dry.
