Ready to ship: items are carefully packaged and shipped from my bench within 2-5 business days.

Made to order: I handcraft every component from jump rings and settings to stamping and embossing all packaging. Please allow 4-7 business days after you place your order for it to be finished and shipped. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

-Made-to-Order Pieces: I can accept returns for made-to-order pieces if they are returned in their original unused and unworn condition. Pieces that have been modified, resized, repaired, or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

If you need to request a return, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once I have received the piece and confirm it is in its original resale condition, I can issue a refund.
