Shipping & Processing

Ready to ship: items are carefully packaged and shipped from my studio within 2-5 business days.

Made to order: I handcraft every component from jump rings to stamping and embossing all packaging. Please allow 4-7 business days after you place your order for it to be finished and shipped.  Although most are on their way well before that.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

-Please note: Choosing priority or expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not change the processing time required to prepare your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is unfortunately, outside of my control. If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, the best first step is to contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance so your piece is protected in transit. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact me at orders@vagabondsundries.com so I can assist you with the next steps.

Vagabond Sundries is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Items

Every order is packaged with care, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and the original packaging so I can review the damage and work out the best solution.

Damage reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
